See, the man has... sort of a point. Sure this is just attention whoring, drawing attention to HIMSELF as oppose to the actual POINT. But heres the thing... When you sue someone, even to prove a point about frivolous lawsuits....

Actually didnt some lawyer group file a response to it or something I thought I heard about it on the radio on lap 34 or something.

And actually the judge could probably dismiss it without prejudice I think is the term.
