Another CSer, I don't really post there because I rarely have any customer experiences worth posting about... this seems like an interesting community, though. (I've lurked for ages, just got around to making an account today) Hopefully I can have some fun here, I love to rant, so I'll probably frequent Things I Hate. haha. See you all around!
