Why does my mother think it's ok to slap me because she comes to my house and doesn't like what I have to say? This is AFTER she forced her way into the damned door. Now my husband's pissed because she hit me and I won't press charges. Well, damn. She's had three heart attacks, and she's not even 50 yet. I hate her, sometimes.

Oh yes, that definitely is annoying.......one of the reasons I'm not big on family get-togethers is that my grandmother sometimes talks to me as though I were either a little kid, or mentally slow/feeble. (one of my aunts also ocasionally does this, although I don't think she means to come off sounding that way)
