the boy's comments accused Carpenter (the principal) of spending "all our money on a new fence instead of new textbooks."
This was untrue as it was the school district's decision, not the principal's.
So teacher got scissors, cut out said student, and added a explanatory note about why the student's picture was removed.
Anger from parents/students ensued.
Yearbook to be reprinted at discount with student's picture and a new comment by said student.
