Nah; he had both Causus Belli and a legitimate claim to the throne.

Otto Von Bismarck for inciting multiple wars?

    Oh.... righto.

Um... (though it's a myth) Katherina the Great of Russia for sodomy and zoophilia, then?

    So.

Gaius Julius "Littleboots" Caesar, for graverobbing. And I think we can get Crimes against Humanity on him too, what with all the crazy.

    Alexander the Great... Uh...

Sexual harassment for forcing all his soldiers to marry Persian women.

Take however many soldiers he had, and multiply by two for the number of counts.

    Dead People on Trial!

Sparked by Terry Jones wanting to put The Prophet Muhammed on trial for "Crimes against humanity"

Let's find other dead people to put on trial.

I've suggested Xerxes for war crimes and Julius Caesar for treason.

Any other historical figures we should try?

I'd like to point out that "Habeas Corpus" means "Have the body". Nobody said it had to be still alive.
Working...
