No, I don't have a solution. Wish I did.





In actuality, having someone monitor the 'climate' of the office/job/ect, and having them investigate any complaints of discrimination fairly tends to put enough of a 'check' on the system that you can pick people by merit alone, and end up with a more 'fair' system than any one that uses non-relevant information to determine who does what. (age/sex/skin color/religion/ect)
