I HATE IT when I wake up in the evening and open my door to go out and smoke, only to find some political ad or super new cable offer dangling from my doorknob.

Quit leaving shit on my door! I don't want it! Granted, it's better than knocking on my door and bothering me in person, but soliciting is soliciting and I don't fucking want it!

I haven't gotten anything in awhile, but church groups and real estate agents are the biggest offenders around here.

While I'd love to buy a house at some point, we're going to wait until my husband's debt load gets a lot farther down and we have a decent down payment saved up. Housing prices in this area really aren't all that down, either. I suspect waiting will yield better results.

Funny thing about that, we usually go in and out thru the garage, not the front door. So if someone sticks something there, it could be days before we see it. :D

The only thing we get like that out here in the boonies is from the U.S. Census on rare occasion, but that I don't mind. It's when I find that someone has been traipsing round a store parking lot, stuffing fliers under my windshield wipers.

I get fliers for pizza places, chinese take out places, maid services, house painting/repair services, and once a month the HOA newsletter. Such fun. NOT.

Lady Barbossa, there's a few places around town that I will not go to because of people stuffing fliers under windshield wipers in parking lots.

I hate it when they leave fliers under my wipers. Depends on where the ad came from, I will either toss or keep it.

I typically don't mind too much, unless they leave it and it rains, plastering the damn ad to my windshield. Agh.....
