Yup. He was drunk and got stupid and shouty. Obviously, he's one of those people who doesn't deal well with adversity when drunk.

Although, he never was actually behind bars. He was arrested and booked and then released, but never put in a cell, according to the article.

This isn't really a new thing for him, as he went through rehab a few years back for alcohol-related issues.
