I was listening to some music I hadn't hear in a while, and a song came up that is of a type I wish there were more of. Anyway, I thought I'd start a topic to try to collect more songs that have messages of hope, tolerance, and positive values.

This may come as a shock but for me that song is "The Tide is Turning" by Roger Waters. He is usually a pretty depressing songwriter so a nice happy song for him is rare.
