Poor white southerners colloquially known as Rednecks seem to be the only group that not only doesn't mind when other people take their culture but they will actively pay those people to make fun of them.
Larry the Cable Guy is a character played by a Comedian from Nebraska (the Midwest not the south) and he's iconic for being the most stereotypical redneck there is. His biggest audience seems to be the very people he's mocking.
I don't think that there can be any greater example of privilege as one where you're so confident of your place in the world that people can make a joke of you and it doesn't register as the world laughing at you.
