    Can I rescind a "Thing I Hate" thread I started?

    Because it turns out that he was shopping for engagement rings and my family knew all along! Jerks!

    He asked me yesterday during a wine tasting and I accepted after asking at least five times if it was a joke. Now I can start/participate in wedding planning rants!Wheeee!

    Just wanted to make the announcement to my Fratching friends, I will go over on CS later. But I posted here first because I don't spend a lot of time over there anymore. You guys rock!

    That does put a different light on the Christmas situation... though it might have been prudent of him to speed things up a bit if he knew it hurt.
