Having just read a rant and rave then hang up thread over on CS, the 2nd post saying they probably didn't want it fixed they just wanted to yell, reminded me of this video, now in the video it is for the mother's benefit that words seem to be said, I wonder, how many people like in the OP would call not the company said beef was with, but a friend or family member, hell the speaking clock, just so they could be seen to 'win' an argument in the middle of a waiting room.
