    I'm putting this here cause it could go fratching.

    Basically after 50 years Cuba is allowing its citizens to engage in tourism.

    Totally meaningless. Apart from Party officials, who the hell in Cuba can afford to go abroad?

      They still have to get permission from the government to do it so how many people, even that could afford it, would actually get approved?

            They are also allowing cellphones, democracy comes in small stages sometimes. It might not be ideal but it's a start.
