An Alberta judge is facing an inquiry committee after acquitting a Calgary man for rape. Alberta judge Robin Camp kept telling the victim she should have kept her knees closed. The rapist suspect has been ordered to stand trial after having his acquittal overturned. Camp could be removed from the bench.

But at least he's not hearing any cases and its the AG coming down on him. They even fast tracked the inquiry. Pretty good chance he'll be removed from the bench I would think.

actually I've seen report after report of shithead judges saying crap like this to rape victims. this one might actually face consequences for it.
