Part Two.

TL;DR: A disability advocate group in Arizona has been suing businesses all over Arizona for their parking lots allegedly not being in compliance with ADA regulations, when their very own parking lot is full of violations.

Some damn fine reporting here, IMHO.

it's not precisely the same thing- though I agree it's unhelpful. Patent Trolls acquire patents more-or-less purely to allow them to sue companies that actually produce things ( especially since many patent trolls use patents that are somewhat broad) In this case, there is a clear benefit- parking lots in compliance with the ADA.

Granted, it isn't helpful, partly because it's not a good thing if disability campaigners are seen as just looking to be awkward.
