Hotel Blames Victim For Rape

I'll assume that it crossed her mind, but cuz he hasn't got a bean she's decided to sue the hotel instead. -.- Meaning that a big, juicy payout is all she's interested in.

Call me cynical; but, if there was no other evidence against the rapist and I was on a jury, I would doubt her story and assume it was a set up for the lawsuit.

Oh, I'm not disagreeing. I find it hard to believe that if someone attacked me in my home, and I wholloped them good, that a jury would convict me and lock me up. I think I'd be more worried about the attacker's family trying to sue me.

I really just hope I never have to find out.
