Is there an actual law that says you can't do it in other countries? Or does the law just say you can't do it in Australia? Cause they are two completely different things.

I'm not sure that there's a law saying you can't go overseas to kill someone, there is one for underage sex however, that was written in a few yeara ago from memory because of the whole Thai sex tours thing (topic for another thread)

Yeah, I don't know about that one either. Finding specific legislation can be a pain sometimes.
