    If all of the above is accurate (and I don't have any reason to believe it is not), I'm slipping further to the side of the school in this matter.

      AND those IEP documents are VERY detailed in their nature for either BD (behavior disability), LD (learning disability) or PD (physical disability) or any combination thereof.

      I still have most of my daughters IEP from grade/HS (LD/BD) and those run like 20 - 30 pages each with detailed plans for the teachers, admins, counselers, SpecialEd instructors, us as parnets, school district, the janitors (just kidding ), etc.

      we had an IEP review at least 3 (sometimes maybe 4 times a year). once at the beginning of the year, one or two as the year progressed, and the last one at years end as a plan for the next year. LOTS AND LOTS of paper.
      I'm lost without a paddle and I'm headed up sh*t creek.

      I got one foot on a banana peel and the other in the Twilight Zone.
