Not voluntarily, no. But the US will be taking their resources home with them anyway.

Not really. In America, there are a few people so wealthy that a good amount (not the majority but a huge chunk) of all the money in America. They leave and it'd really hurt the American economy.

Anyone seriously rich enough to make that sort of an effect is going to either already have their money in tax havens (no benefit to the US economy), or doesn't care (very unlikely to leave).

I really like the part where they are talking about putting the missle companies in Poland. Way to be, US, way to be.

I do like this part:

There's all sorts of island nations in the Atlantic that they could go to that are first class that could give them all of that and still be close enough to the United States.

An yet there is still the opportunity cost of disease potential and higher cost of everything that has to be imported, not to mention travel to get to and larger city of commerce to get work done.
