I just thought of another situation. What if someone was tricked into taking drugs? Like if it was put in food and they didn't realize until it was too late. The way the law is, that person could be punished for what amounts to being poisoned. How is that fair? (sure the cops would have to find out first, but with all this drug testing going on, it wouldn't be too hard).
