This last link has the video of the incident.

San Bernardino County Sheriffs serve a search warrant. The suspect flees in a vehicle then gets on a horse. Suspect then falls off the horse during the chase and deputy try to Taser him. Suspect then lays on the ground with arms spread in a surrender position and is then Tasered by deputy. Suspect is then surrounded by several deputies, Tasered again, then kicked and punched under a dog pile of officers for approximately 2 minutes.

Not sure of the origin of the video maybe a news chopper or drone following the pursuit.

I had to laugh at the horse part. I couldn't help it.

As for the rest of it, at least he wasn't shot. I know that some people DO require more than one tasing, but since he was already on the ground, it was pointless for them to even keep their tasers out.

I can understand the guy the other day thinking he'd get away with it; it would be easy not to notice someone standing out of the way with their phone out.

But how do you not notice a helicopter?

the extra tasering, I can actually forgive- I'm guessing that was done in the heat of the moment- bt kicing and punching a suspect already restrained? throw the book at the officers.

Or mauled to death by a police dog while a bunch of officers deliver kicks and shout "get him" despite the victim being observably unconscious (thankfully) during the entire ordeal.
