Today has been busy most of the day so I have slammed through call after call. Thankfully this afternoon slowed down.

I have the ability to look up a person's account with their phone number if that is the phone they use to call me. I had a person's account up and scheduled the tech visit they were asking for while forgetting to ask who or where I was talking to.

After she said that I was like, "I thought you said your name was "first name on account"

"No I didn't" oh well then I checked address yep right one, "That's creepy"

Woops. I forgot must not reveal my psychic powers.
