Other people's credit cards

I owe my mom some money, and she was coming by today to get it, but while we factored in the money in our weekly budget, we forgot to go to the ATM and actually get it. So I asked my mom if when she drops by she'd mind running to the store with it and using the atm there.

Now she's all like "I don't know I feel so weird what if I get in trouble?"

Which is understandable because I know some people have extreme paranoia issues, but my mom loans out her credit card to me, my brother and her husband ALL THE FUCKING TIME. This should be old hat to her.

While I think she's being a bit silly, if she doesn't want to use your card, why not write her a check instead?

While that is a very good idea, it requires actually having a checkbook.
