I can't find cute/attractive bras that fit. I can't wear button down shirts, unless I pay to have it tailored.

I think this was just an elaborate scam to get me to click the save the ta-tas link. Don't worry from a guys prospective, I really don't look at the bra when presented with DDs, I prefer them to be free range. I know some girls who had cute bras that fit in that size but they were expensive.

Ugh, I feel your pain. I'm only a C, but I'm a 40C. Which I guess means I want to wear Grandma bras with no underwire that completely suck in my boobs. Ummm...no. I actually like having cleavage, thank you very much. I also dislike the notion of ordering bras online...and they're so expensive!! $40 for a bra? Geeezzzz....

I am not that big but since I've been breastfeeding it's been a big pain in the ass; I have gotten a cup size larger and none of my favorite t-shirts fit anymore. It's hard enough to find bras in my size, I can't imagine how uncomfortable DDs would be. Sympathies!

I have an opposite problem of sorts...I have small boobs. While this does mean I don't have to wear a bra at all (though I do wear tank tops with the built-in sports bra), it also means any shirts that are designed to be even semi-low cut can't work with me. Kinda sucks cause it keeps me from buying a lot of cute shirts. I know it don't have back or shoulder issues to deal with because I don't have much for boobs, but they don't really make that many good clothes with small boobed girls in mind!


And bras are a pain in the ass to find a good fit anyway. Even if I have a good fit (though since I haven't worn one in like 2 years it's a moot point) my boobs like to change a lot during my cycle so what's fine one day may be too tight the day after and way too loose the day after that.

One of my old friends was a 42 DD, and even with a good bra, poor girl had to hold herself down when running cause they'd fly everywhere.

I guess I'm lucky. I have a bra size definately bigger than DD (in European measures, of course - but I guess that the cup sizes are the same all over the world, no?) , but luckily there are many stores in my area who carries big bras at a reasonable price.

Heck, I even managed once to get to a specific "big bra store" and hear the cashier say that they might not have bras that "small"... Made my day.

I have a pretty hard time finding bras myself, even though I am a 38B. For some odd reason, places think that the size 38B does not exist. They stop at 36B and then skip up to the C cups.

I know mine aren't that big, but ever since I got on my birth control, they have been growing like crazy. I left for school in August as a 36B, and went to get sized after a comment was made by my bestie, Tattoo, during Thanksgiving Break. I was sized at a 38B. AND STILL GROWING.

And it's not that I'm gaining weight. On the contrary, it seems whatever I am losing in my stomach is going up into my boobs. Now my shirts are starting to not fit right. And I have to buy new bras pretty soon if they keep growing

On the plus side, I finally have cleavage if I wear the right thing!

Since I posted in the other thread I feel compelled to comment here.

I hate the button down shirt thing. I've taken to sewing snaps between the worst-stressed buttons, and that's still not a guarantee that everything will stay modest. It's even worse now that I've dropped a few pounds and am back to comfortably fitting into a medium. Apparently designers do not take the female figure into account when making women's clothes.

As far as cute bras go, though, I've been lucky enough to find one store in Canada that has cute bras well past my size (Change). Yes, they are the $40 bras unless I'm visiting while a sale is on, and yes, that does make for some interesting conversations when crossing back into the US (including the comment "Did you leave any in the store for other people to buy?") but it's still totally worth it.

The worst part is, I don't feel terribly well endowed. I feel really sorry for the ladies who have an even larger bosom, because at least as things rest now, any problems I have are for the most part just annoyances.

Ugh, finding shirts. I don't know who Old Navy is making tank tops and camisoles for, but it ain't me. They're usually so low-cut that it defeats their purpose.

I've been having the damndest time finding new spring clothes. Maurice's plus-sized selection is very meh lately, and Lane Bryant's gone downhill too. Blarg.

Oh yeah, I've pretty much given up on wearing button down shirts. I almost always have to get them a size larger just so they'll button and then they don't fit right at the waist.

And then of course, I have to stick with the underwire granny looking bras. Just once, I would like to wear something frilly or dainty.

I'm an E cup. I usually go to Marks & Spencers for every day bras (which, incidentally, are not "boulder holders" but pretty and nice. I even found one in hot pink lace!) and Ann Summers for sexy bras. I was delighted when Ann Summers finally started doing more large ranges; and not just in the cups, either; they go up past 40.

Ugh, tell me about it. I'm actually a 38 "almost"-B cup. I know there's a few companies that make "half" sizes, but I would love to walk into a Target or WalMart and be able to buy bras with no problem. I usually buy 38Bs (when I can find them)! even though they're a tad bit too big. Victoria's Secret has them online, but only in select styles. I'm trying to get my weight down so that I can get an augmentation, since it's frustrating to have a larger frame and flat chest, but that's a whole 'nother thread.

As for the weight loss, I actually thought that when my stomach was smaller by boobs stuck out more, thus making them look bigger. Sounds weird at first, but just ponder that for a little while.
