Based off of a recent PFB 'letter' where a 'diabetic' claimed McD's screwed up her order of a 'wrap and shake'.
I was (recently) diagnosed as a type 2 back in August; my own fault, i was eating crap, and drinking a hell of a lot of soda instead of considering healthy food.
Since then, I've been working to lose weight, eat healthily, and, on rare occasions, I will have/sneak something sweet, such as a few mints, or a single chocolate bar, once or twice a Month.
I have NO IDEA why people get flat-out told 'Do not continue eating like you used to, unless you want a long, painful, and lingering death as pieces of you die' and disregard it entirely, often saying crap like 'oh, I can't have sugars, so gimme four cheeseburgers and a large diet coke.'
And, as shown in recent 'posts' on PFB, some people use the 'But I'm diabetic' as the new race card. What. The. FUCK. Is wrong with those retards?

Anyone have any input, want to discuss things, or have some recipies for good food with a Low carb count? I kinda want to eat something that doesn't push 50+ carbs per meal.

Now I am, too, and there aren't any Zaxby's up here.
I don't know if I have the exact numbers right, but one time he hadn't eaten all day and his blood sugar was like...70. He drank some orange juice and tested again and it was like over 130.
