I would read a job title, read the first bit, seems relevant, copy code down, then see almost at the end, Must have current clean driving licence (and own car)
and not being a car owner or even driven one I find myself wasting time reading em.

I've found postings that would be a perfect fit, even located close enough to public transportation that getting there wouldn't be an issue, then I scroll way down to the bottom to see "must have own car". If that's a requirement, they need to make it clear right off; I'm willing to bet that a percentage of job seekers on Craigslist can't/don't drive or own a car.
