Most of them are very touchy-feely and one of my closer ones, Hurley, will not hesitate to hug, kiss, run up and grab me. If we're not at work, he's also completely comfortable grabbing a handful of boob, my crotch, and confusingly enough, motorboating. He's also slapped me on the behind more times than I can count. HARD. He has no interest in women, saying he loves us, but we lack the proper equipment that he likes.

My guess is that he's a "Luther" (from the Boxcar Willie song). So long as it's widely believed that he's strictly gay, people will consider his actions to be non-sexual, and he'll get away with them. If he even once asks a woman out, it'll be known that he's sexually interested in women, and he won't be able to go around feeling women up any more. As someone else posted, the crotch grab is a definite giveaway (unless it's ALWAYS from behind, and doesn't get far enough forward to go past "gender-neutral" equipment).

He definitely needs to be stopped - what he's doing is completely inappropriate. Not only that, if people see you treating it as "not a serious matter", they might think it's OK for THEM to do.

Didn't know about "motorboating", so I checked out the Urban Dictionary. I'm surprised some company selling risque t-shirts doesn't have one "No motorboating unless you have a big Johnson" (other than being a slang term for penis, Johnson is one of the 2 brands of outboard motor sold by OMC).

As far as the snuggling thing, think about it like your straight female friends. It's still a person to person thing about which of them would be snuggly with you. As far as the other stuff, some people are jokingly like that and it's not a sexual thing. If you're ok with it and he's ok with it (taking into account significant others as well) then that's really all that matters.
