    Just asking this purely out of not knowing much about how lawsuits and everything work but if she had a legitimate case, is there any way of suing the company without the high money amount and having it really be more than a slap on the wrist for them? I'm not sure how non monetary requests in lawsuits work and the effects and such.

      I *believe* you can sue for just an injunction, but only if their action harms you.... and, almost certainly, if that harm does not require your participation, which, well, if she hadn't gone there and voluntarily played their games, she wouldn't be harmed.
