Doesn't matter what you want; if you don't pay the way you're supposed to pay, then suck it up, you don't get the privilege of driving.
Plus, based on your other posts, you seem to make a lot of noise and then do not a whole lot afterwards. (see threads about moving, kids, etc, etc, etc)

Gimme my license back
So it turns out I can't have my license back yet because of child support stuff. Yes as you recall I pay once a year. Before we get all cunted up about it, let me say that as someone who is also financially strapped most days, I would much rather have a magic check appear for 3K than an extra couple of bucks a week.
Agree or not, the main issue is that, come tax time, yay I'm all paid up!
So I call social services and I'm like "Hey, gimme my license back!"
"You haven't paid."
"Uh yeah I just gave you several thousand dollars."
"Uh no we took it, you didn't pay."
Hardly a difference, considering it IS voluntary in that I could easily have avoided this if I wanted. There are forms to file so my wife's taxes don't get touched by the garnishment, only my income. Guess how much I make? FUCKING ZERO.
Why are people so stupid? Don't they know that I am an angry, petty thing with way too much time on my hands? Would YOU want to fuck with that guy?
