If you don't like the nudity laws, campaign to have them changed. In some locales, it IS legal for women to be topless if they choose to. But even in a topless-legal area, you still could get busted for being visible to the public with no underpants on.

Just because you think women should have that right does not change the fact that we don't in most places. You excersizing a right you think you should have but don't in view of people who you know are offended by it is rude.

As far as being topless goes I think a woman has the right to be topless anywhere a man can be topless. Ive seen plenty of guys with bigger boobs then mine, what makes mine so horrible they shouldn't be seen?

You could open the balcony door to get a feel of the weather. Once you are in public view, you are in public.

You should not be in public topless unless you are in a place like a topless beach or nudist resort where it is acceptable. You are lucky the woman was polite enough to come and talk to you about it first. If you had responded to me in the way you did to her, I would be going to complain to the building manager and the police every single time I saw you naked in public view.

Nearly everyone does something that negatively affects others, yet you seem to have singled out only fat people.

I have discussed illegal immigrants and also anorexics. Its just that these things don't come up as often in discussions.

Nothing's wrong with stepping outside to see what the weather's like. I do it all the time. I just take a split second to put on a top before doing so.

To put Red Panda's argument into perspective: My husband used to live across the street from an elementary school. Should he have been allowed to step out buck naked onto his front porch, in full view of the playground?

And when confronted about it, say "The children will just have to look away"?

I'm sure I'll get told it's a different situation, but the same logic applies, does it not?

I'll agree to that, I judge the weather quite easily by looking out the window and at the thermometer. I don't need to prance around outside in the nude, luckily, for in the Danish climate it would freeze my balls off half the year .

I've said it before, other people doing things that are wrong don't excuse fat people from doing things that are wrong. Why is that hard to understand.

Until this thread, I've never heard of anyone who NEEDS to go outside naked or topless to "feel what the weather's going to be like". Sorry, but it comes across as exhibitionist, esecially when you know that people can see.!

You know I don't think she's doing it to "Check the weather". I think she's doing it to get attention.

Then again maybe her goal in life is to be on a "Girls Gone Wild" video.
